We decided we were going in search of the bear. We prepared for our adventure by making maps, we brought binoculars and adventure hats and of course we packed a picnic. We began by climbing a big grassy hill and then we came to a river. We had to take off our socks and shoes and roll our trousers up to go into the river. Next we went to the thick oozy mud, it felt very cold on our bare feet. After we washed our feet it was time for a rest and some sandwiches and biscuits. Then we set off again through the forest. When we got to the cave we could believe that we saw a bear, we quickly raced back into hot e classroom and hid under the desks. We’re not going on a bear hunt again.
