We enjoyed spending some quiet time in the forest today, before we got muddy. We found a quiet place to sit, closed our eyes and took some big deep breaths. Some of us found great places to sit…….some of us found it difficult to make no sounds. We could hear the birds singing and enjoyed the feel of the sun shining on our faces.
